Horrible parking. Do not fall for any reservations that states free parking. There is only very VERY limited street parking with large parking lot on the property that they DO NOT let you use, even if you are handicapped.

I had one of the worst hotel experiences of my life here. From the moment I checked in, it was clear that guest satisfaction is not a priority — just your money. The staff were dismissive, unhelpful, and to make matters worse, most could not speak English, making it nearly impossible to communicate any concerns. I am not someone who leaves reviews however, as a solo traveler I had a really comfortable stay here. The subway is just 9 minutes away and connects to all parts of the city. The rooms are spacious, clean, and service is good too. Breakfast includes simple items but it’s great if you like to eat light in the morning. The location is in a quiet residential neighborhood which was great for me. If you are looking to experience NY the local way then I’d suggest staying here.

The hotel looks different from the outside than in the pictures, and our room was far too small for three people and three suitcases. You could barely turn around. Breakfast was in the basement, which gave it a bit of a prison feel. There was a selection of only three or four different items, and the waffle iron was very dirty. Nevertheless, the cleaning staff were there every day, changing the towels, making the beds, and emptying the trash cans.
