I checked in today at this hotel, they charged me 279 for one night, has I openned up the bed sheets there was a bed bug, I called reception, the lady came to check and she just squished the bed bug on the sheet, this is class-less and it shows how much they care about their custumer, gladly I got a refund and got my stuff out of there quick enough! Great start to the regatta weekend ! I have a video if needed but here is a picture attached to it !
I and some friends stayed at Days Inn by Wyndham Brockville during the Tall Ships Festival on June 21, 2025, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Despite being aware that this is a budget-friendly hotel, the condition of the room and the overall experience fell far below acceptable standards. The TV didn’t work at all – first showing static, then shutting off completely. Price was OK, but pool was not available to use on the hottest weekend , thank God for shuttle service supply by festival organizers, breakfast so-so eggs warm and sausages cold ,our toilet stop working second day we were given a card for another room to use toilet and and their was no housekeeping on the weekend
Good for money. Staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. Beds a bit soft.
