The front desk staff are very lazy. We called to book a room and we're told to book online. We did not want to. And the lady hung up on us. We didnt care if it cost more.to book.over the phone. But she was rude and hung up. Wpuld never stay here. Prescott has nice hotels thankfully.
When we (A family of 4) were checked into the hotel, we were given a room that was in a hallway that was mid renovation and dirty, and the room had clearly not been cleaned after the last guest left (Food left out, boxes not cleaned, bed not made) We brought the matter to the front desk, and after about an hour of waiting we were brought to another room. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating as the hotel goes through renovations. Very convenient location, close to grocery stores and amenities along the highway.
Location is great.Right off the highway. Beds were comfortable. Our first room the phone was not plugged in...toilet was not working...TV was not working...They changed our room. Place is a mess and very dumpy.i would never stay at this hotel again.It needs more than renovations. This place is not worth $100 a night.Not handicapped friendly at all...
I like the service at this hotel, and it's even better when Jyoti greets us; she's an excellent hostess
