Had a horrible experience. First when showing my ID, I was questioned why I was renting a room from them when I lived in town.... non of their business... And secondly I was having an issue with my card for the damage deposit, my sister was willing to come pay the deposit for me, but they refused to let her stating that since she was not staying in the room with me she wasn't allowed to... room was prepaid so now I'm out that money. My friend had booked a room here and it was great! I dont know why people have given such low ratings. The receptionist was amazing, too. Location is perfect for anything. Good restaurants, shopping & cinema halls. I recommend this to everyone. Thanks again
I mean, it's a Days Inn so you are getting a budget stay. I was surprised at how small it is but I guess Brantford isn't a huge tourist attraction. Very friendly service. Close to lots of useful shopping and restaurants. The rooms was as you would expect for the price. Functional.
