Found a bed bug on the sheet. Immediately went back to the office for a refund.
Rooms have been remodeled, which was nice. The room did not smell good. I think the rooms used to be smoked in.
Rooms very clean. AC works. Good water pressure in shower.
I took my kids to Branson for a family vacation and only to get to the room and it was horrible the room was dirty amd smelled bad when I went to the front desk to talk to someone they said there was no manager there and I didn't get clean towls or toliet paper I had to go to the front desk and ask they said someone would come to the room they never did I tried not to make a seen because my kids were watching i ended up going to Walmart getting everything we needed and cleaning supplies and cleaned it myself then I have call... read more
This hotel is very nice. It looks like it was recently remodeled. The staff was super nice.
