I have stayed at this hotel many times with my family, and it has always been my go-to property. Unfortunately, this incident ensured it was the last time I will ever book or spend my money here. I booked the stay for my brother using the corporate discount, which is valid for friends and family. Initially, the front desk agent, Gagan, stated that the discount was only for the employee. Very good
Bathroom light did not turn off. Bathroom door would not close. No plug for the bathtub. No back on the remote. No fridge or microwave in the room. Bed was springy and uncomfortable. Breakfast was mediocre. Breakfast consisted of apples and oranges, ceral or toast. First day there was no milk for cereal.
