I just want to tell you that they robbed me officially, I always leave the room in perfect condition whenever I'm staying, because I know it's a hard job to be a cleaner so I don't even leave the garbage I never use the towels because I use mine but this time the lady called me after I checked out and asked me where the ice bucket is when there was never one to begin with. Beautiful, clean room only problem was the water pressure but other than that I was completely satisfied
Musty smell in the room. Our hair dryer sparked just after turning on. There was burning smell everywhere. We let the front desk know at once asking for a replacement. The guy said he cannot do anything before the cleaning crew comes in the morning. The reluctance was disappointing. They advertise as having breakfast in booking.com, but they actually don’t have breakfast. Don’t be fooled. The toilet flush also didn’t work properly. The location is great. Hope they improve their customer service.
+Clean+, quiet location with gated private parking so my fiancée felt really safe even in the dark. The woman who checked us in was fun and sweet and then the owners even went out of their way to return my deposit back to my card (I had 'frozen' my credit/debit card, she reached out to let me know the return was rejecting. Unlocked my card and viola!). 6/5 stars for the price, will return. Thanks!
