Booked online because the pictures looked fantastic. We get there, check in, and go to our room, and as soon as we walked in we were hit with a strong mold smell. Checked the a/c and it was filled with black mold. We switched rooms, still the same, switched a 3rd time and it wasn't as bad, but still could smell mold. We go to tell the office and they said it was all like that. I say I want a refund and they said I'd have to call priceline to get a refund.
