This hotel is very clean, staff is very accommodating. Beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows. If you are working in the area, this room had a full kitchen, living room area and King size bed. It was very spacious. Would definitely recommend to anyone. The price was very reasonable compared to other hotels in Bonnyville.
Some issues on arrival regarding rooms but resolved. Question the quality of cleaning considering there was food from previous guest left in fridge. Hotel shows it's age and had I known that there was a smoking floor, I would have chosen another property Smoke smell permeates. However comfortable.
Wasn't happy with having to pay a "small" fee to verify my CC. Didn't even say how much that was but my bank statement says $1.41. Paying a fee to verify my card is bullshit. Won't be back again. I hate getting ripped off.
Stay here once a month and do so for location, friendly staff and value for money.
Rooms were clean, quiet, a bit musty smelling. Good breakfast, could use more refilling of items though. Good location.
