No good A reception service this bad
Stayed june 22nd, 2025. They need to take "pool" off the ad. It wasn't open and it isn't going to. The first room was a double on the first floor, opposite the pool. It smelled. I'm allergic to mold and had a reaction. Bathtub was stained. Just nasty. The second room, which they gave me no problem, was upstairs. Night and day. This room was good for the money. The first room we checked into had a non-working TV and phone. The second room was terrible. Apparently none of the guests rooms had working phones, and our room had clearly not been flipped. There were no towels, and the tiny fridge had so much ice in the freezer section, that we couldn't get a small bag of ice in it (there is no ice machine, so you have to ask the front desk) The beds were the worst, hardest, most uncomfortable I have ever experienced.
