Went on a trip with my family and decided to stay here. We did get lost trying to find the road to get to the building. Walking into the main lobby I had thought that this was gonna be a nice place to stay. Service was nice, and we were able to check in without any problems. Got to the room and was deceived! The room was small and the bathroom was just weird. The curtains felt dusty and unclean, the ceiling also looked uncleaned. Hair clippings all over the bed. Good location for the Frankenmuth and Birch Run area...my biggest issues were hardly any water pressure in the shower and the ice machine wasn't working, although there may have been another in a different building. It's also definitely not sound proof, but i slept pretty good which is the whole point.
Rooms appeared as though they had some recent renovations. Loved the breakfast set up. Easy check in and check out. Only complaint, if you can call it that, would be the service was dry (not that it was bad service.... just never seen a smile, nor heard a friendly hello). Price was decent.
Had bed bugs in both rooms they put us in, we got a refund and left.
STEER CLEAR! This hotel is absolutely disgusting. Do not let the nice lobby fool you. Stayed there last night. Had to switch from room 119 to 126 due to the room being disgusting and ants all over. Got in room 126 and the same thing absolutely disgusting under the sheets, food and bugs on mattress and under the mattresses was terrible even had a dirty towel under the mattress!
