i paid before online before arriving. got asked how am i going to pay when i arrived at the front desk. i told them i already paid. they said i owe a 50$ deposit and i told them that was not mentioned online or at all in our interaction prior to her asking how much i owe. strange interaction. there is photos of a pool online. no pool in sight. dirty rooms with spiders and bugs. our front door had a hole in the bottom of it which meant we could hear every single thing and car out front and we barely got any sleep. would not r... read more
Nasty place. Cockroaches in the room. A/C very noisy. Dogs in other room barking late into the night. Reception didn't say anything about extra $50 security deposit. Found the extra while checking my bank account. Went and questioned about it and was told it could take up to 17 days to receive refund.
The room needs to be better cleaning found spider webs and bugs in the floor and ceiling.
