If i could give a zero stars i would!! Well first at check in, the i guess manager (she was crossed eyed) was really rude to me and my daughter. Even after being on the road for over 10 hours. When I reserved the room it was supposed to be to be 2 queen beds and smoking. When i got there, we stayed in room 139 and there was a half used roll of toliet paper, only 1 wash cloth, 2 towels, a bath mat and a half of (used bottle) of shampoo. This is the absolute worst hotel room (if you can even call it that) I have ever stayed in. The night staff lady was rude and not very helpful. The room had dead bugs, dirt, cobwebs, and even had stains on the bedding and towels. This place is also dangerous, had strange men hanging around and in the room there was a giant gap in the bottom of the door, we had to stuff with towels. The lock didn’t work, neither did the remote and the AC was just air and the room reeked. Don’t was your time and money, I’m reporting this place... read more
