If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Do not stay here if you have any other options. I talked to the Indian lady (Kaitlind?) before leaving to let her know that the room description doesn't match the room, and to see if anything could be done. Compensation would have been great, but if she had told me they couldn't KINDLY, then I would have been okay with that. We found hair in the sink ( disgusting) we called and the moved us to another room. I am still surprised about the breakfast option they have… you will found peeled eggs in bags in the fridge!!! That was honestly the most poorest, unhealthy and unhygienic option I have seen in my life… Just an advice, at least buy a decent machine to keep the eggs warm… What a shame with the guests
Stains all over the room. Hair in the sink and bathroom towels. If you need a room just go to a holiday inn.
DO NOT stay here worst possible customer service you could ask for!! They didn’t have the fridge plugged in and ALL my food I have for my work week is now bad I work away from home every week I prep my meals because I can’t afford to eat out and when I went to the front fest to let them know the fridge isn’t working he tells me i needed to plug it in, I asked how I was suppose to know that when there’s no sign or anything telling me to do so, he said it was my own fault and they aren’t responsible.
