Good morning. We are currently sitting in the lobby area because we were KICKED OUT OF OUR ROOM!! The room was what we expected. Decent for the price. We were happy with our stay until this morning. We left around 8:15 to go to a nearby coffee shop to get my wife some coffee. When we got back, our door was open and the cleaning staff was IN OUR ROOM!! HORRIBLE! We left and went to a different hotel within 5 minutes of being there. Our first and second set of keys did not work to enter our room. Got (what we assumed) was a maid who let us into our room but did nothing to help us get working keys. THE SMELL of this place is aweful! I will admit that I didn’t not look at reviews before booking. We were in a hurry to get something and should have known better. What a waste of $80. Don’t go to a cheap hotel in Atlantic, IA.
