The room we were assigned had a king bed and we needed two queens. So with that being said. The night attendant got us a room with two queen beds. I don't think it was completely prepared for guests but we needed a room on the 1st floor due to my sister having mobility issues. I did go back to the front desk and inform him about some things that needed attention he said he would let them know in the morning which was a few hours later It was addressed and taken care of the first thing that morning. The staff was very nice. The room was clean and adequate. Shower was clean and worked fine. The pictures of the breakfast were not true. Had to ask them to make coffee every day. Juice was also out. Tiny muffins, small yogurts, apples, instant oatmeal, and breakfast bars only. The pool was not open and it was in the 90s. Sketchy people outside doing sketchy things. Smell of weed outside as well as smelly garbage cans.
My son and I stayed for 2 nights as we transitioned our living situation. The room was clean and had fridge microwave tv. It smelled just ok but had a slight smoke in back smell. Customer service was good. The two front desk guys were nice especially the one that worked on Sunday. Wish I could leave negative stars. A roach was the first thing we saw. Found 2 needles in our room, thankfully I didn’t let my 8 month old crawl around. Place was just overall dirty. Would not recommend ANYONE stay here. I did receive a full refund.
Once walking in the room, it looked nice and clean. Once in the room, I went to put something in the refrigerator, and there was a plate of food in there left from who knows how many guests ago
