I've stayed here twice on the third floor and the rooms were fine but during my most recent and last stay here our room was on the ground floor and it was in very poor condition. The drywall near and on the ceiling was in bad shape in numerous places and there was mold scattered all over the upper part of the walls throughout the room, especially in the bathroom area around the shower and mirror.
