I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, the ambiance was pleasant, and the hospitality was truly impressive. I would highly recommend this hotel — a 100% great experience
Floors weren't very clean.
The rooms are not in the best shape AT ALL.! For one, the paint and floor boards are peeling. The sink faucet isn't in the best shape and the sink gets wet with water. Had a very hard time connecting to the WiFi and the BIGGEST PROBLEM OF THEM ALL IS... The BUGS, ROACHES are in the room I'm In.!! I stayed one night and seen TWO ROACHES in different spots in the room, as well as these other little bugs that's been crawling on the walls and the BED.!!! THE BUGS ARE ON THE BED. Oh.! Also the coffee maker doesn't work as well.
I booked a room with a King bed called them made sure everything was good and when my fiancé shows up to the hotel they gave him a regular room with 2 standard beds!!!! If I wanted 2 bed I would have booked a room for 2 bed there was a reason for the king bed! The worst part of it all is he woke up to bugs on his end table!! This is DISGUSTING!!!
We stayed at this location several times in the past and was it was fine. We went 4 times a year on our trips to Florida. Last night was a disappointment. We took the same room as always but refrigerator was filthy with melted ice cream from a prior guest. I guess house keeping doesn't clean everything. The staff who was very nice gave us a different room. This room clearly wasn't cleaned at all.covered thick with dust. AC was filthy which I cleaned. We were exhausted and stayed.
