August/2026: Good/Acceptable: A/C was nice and cold. Hot water was plentiful and quick. Location was very good to Ashland. Outside building had been recently painted and was very nice. The price was very low - but I learned you do get what you pay for. Terrible/Not Acceptable: 1. Questionable stains everywhere. Sheets, carpet, walls, yuck. 2. They do not answer their phone when they supposed to be at the front desk when someone's calling to try to check on some pricing and stuff

Should be no stars but it won’t let me!, Terrible hotel rooms are dirty linen should go in trash not placed on beds stains all over it, we rented two rooms the smell in one of the rooms was so bad we had to all stay in one room, there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom dirty walls holes in walls the carpet was so dirty your feet turned black, we did not have towels for over 24 hours the staff kept saying we can’t help you the dryer is broken, the finally straw was mice in the room and hallway with a dead one lying in ha... read more
