Tommy at the front desk has been amazing! Best customer service I’ve ever had at a hotel. I was weary about brining my dog on our trip but he was so friendly to us and our dog!! He accommodated us with everything we need and more! This man deserves a raise! Thank you!

I recently stayed at the Days Inn in Ashland and had a pretty good experience overall, though there were a few things that could use some improvement. The rooms were clean and well-kept, but definitely in need of some updates, especially the bathrooms. They felt a bit outdated. The pool was also a bit of an eyesore, which was disappointing since it could have been a nice amenity. Trash all over the place..hallways and room had bad smell..definitely a rathole..price very unreasonable for what you get..I'm surprise Wyndham put there name here

Would give a zero if I could. We had to change rooms multiple times due to cleanliness and plumbing issues. They also had mice running around the lobby. Night desk clerk was creepy.
