If I could give them zero stars I would. The floors looked like a crime scene. There was a bunch of dust. Shower smelled funny. Toilet was BROKEN. Left with bug bites.
I had a wonderful stay, very friendly and accommodating. Very clean room, spacious and beautiful decors. Highly recommend this hotel

Check-in was easy, but the problems started right away. When we arrived at our room, the door was already wide open, which made us feel unsafe before even stepping inside. I had to inspect the room to make sure no one was in there. During our 3-night stay, we were only able to shower once because there was no consistent hot water. The one time hot water worked, it lasted only a few minutes before turning cold again. On top of that, the shower was clogged with old hair, and water kept pooling in the tub.
