I was surprised by the property and the veiws. The rooms are well kept. Looks like a remodeling was done in the last couple years. Needs another smoking/vape area there is only one where the BBQ grill is. Free coffee in the morning. Online suggested there was a Danish to go with morning coffee ... there was not. Other than that the Arroyo Days Inn ranks amongst the top of there of the Days Inn echelon

Location is great. . Phones don't work here, phones to call front desk, jacuzzi is broken and dirty full of bugs, showed up monday went through my bed. What do I find a spider! Wake up Friday morning what do I find? A silver fish but under my pillow. I hate this place but here for work! Need to contact management for a better rooms.
Very clean hotel, the staff is very friendly. I recommend this hotel if you are in Pismo Beach area.
