O STARS! But to post a review I needed at least one. We showed up to check in, with our reservation confirmation in hand and no one was in the office. We rang the door bell, knocked on windows and even called the phone number listed( extension 3 for front desk) and no one answer. 30 minutes had gone by also while we are trying to get ahold of customer service. Ridiculous customer service. Next day from checked inn I have found few issues in the room which are mandatory to fixed hasn’t fixed yet, So I complained to front desk clerk Sandra regarding there is no latch, can’t do double lock at entrance door, no wall plate on wall yo prevent exposed wires could get shock to kids, didn’t patch wall above the microwave by sink etc. I tried to follow up for 5 days but haven’t resolved so I tried to talk to the manager and they said she is not available in the day time so I wrote my issues... read more
