We stayed here during the kite festival at port A & it was so exhausting. Our first room,we got in about 11pm & the tv was broken(had a black line down the middle and did not work) & a light was out in the bathroom area but we were tired so we stayed. That morning I took it up with office staff & also asked for a bedding change and they said they would fix it before we got back that night. This was by far one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. This review does not reflect the great customer service we received from the young lady at the counter when we checked in, she was great. However my issue was how dirty our room was. First they assigned us a room that wasn’t even done turning over, with trash and dirty linens everywhere. Room was very clean and staff were super friendly. Especially the lady at the front desk. The rates were very reasonable. We even extended our stay. Very satisfied. 10/10 would stay here in the future.
