TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE... Booked 2 rooms and 1 of them smelled strongly like gas so we got it switched. Minutes later the second room (which was right next to the other room) also began to smell like gas so we requested another change and now they are "fully booked". Asked for the full refund and we only get refunded for 1 room.
