The lady who was there at the front desk after 5 pm on Wednesday the 5th was excellent. The room service was excellent. There is a leak above the shower in the room that lasts around 30 minutes, and the shower drains slowly; that is nasty. The couch is stained brown. The coffee machine is only clean on the outside; the water basin is dirty. Cable TV quality is artificially restricted (TV is capable of higher quality than what it displays, proven by captions being higher quality than the video). i would not stay here again we accidentally got the wrong hotel and stayed here because we had done paid the service was not good there was a 60$ deposit fee that came out the lady told me they just needed my card on file and there was no charges but then there was the 60$ charge that i was not told about the room was okay it could have been better it was a sleep able hotel for the accident that we had got it the location wasn’t bad the only bad part was the only exit is at a red light that you couldn’t hardly get out of at ... read more

Room was great... Second floor is for smoking rooms. Quiet even though it was full. Some of the staff was a little rude but breakfast and the front desk people were great!
