Very accommodating and staff friendly. Great breakfast!! As a regular guest I requested and got room I wanted, very handy. Need more tv channels.
This place was a huge disappointment. The bathroom was so small you could barely move, and I noticed mold in several areas, which is unacceptable. The door had strange spots and stains on it, and honestly, that was the theme throughout the hotel — stained doors, dirty walls, and floors that looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in ages. Wow…..we were traveling across country and stayed at four hotels. This was far and away the worst. No elevator, the air conditioning did not work, there was something like a shower curtain in the window to keep the heat out, , kids running around the hallways and frankly I did not feel safe. We parked our car in the back, but the back entrance did not lock. I mentioned it to the woman at the front desk and she said it was something her manager would need to deal with. BIG pass on this place
Haven’t checked in yet but already think this location sucks. I called in advance to confirm if I could check in early. And by early I mean check in is 3 and I’d be arriving at 1:45. They confirmed that was okay. After driving 15 hours and ready to check in right at 1:45 which is what I was okayed would be OKAY. I arrive at exactly the time I said I would arrive. The front desk person says actually no. The room won’t be ready for another 45 MINUTES!!! I will never rent here again.
Room was clean,pet friendly,bed was perfectly made and incredibly comfortable! Actually bed was one of the best I've ever slept in at a hotel!
