Love mold? Hate shower curtains? Want the staff to berate you? This is the place for you! Our room had mold everywhere: the tub, the tiles, the baseboards, etc. It was a non smoking room but reeked of cigarettes. The floors were dirty and the whole place was dusty. The shower had no shower curtain and when we went and asked for some extra towels and a shower curtain, the gal behind the desk rolled her eyes and sighed dramatically as if it was such a big inconvenience for her. The blonde ladies in the office were perfectly kind. No issues with them whatsoever. My second night I found that work was going to have me up super late therefore I wanted to book another night so that I could sleep all day without any interruptions. When I got back to the hotel, around 2 AM, I walked into the office to ask for the room another night. I knew I might have to book through Priceline again so I had my phone out. The manager at this establishment lacks efficacy and integrity. He also lacks proper manners. He got upset with me just because I asked him for extra towels, as if he wanted to charge me for them. There were also a bunch of critters everywhere, so this place is a real dump—from their rooms to their service. I do not recommend this place at all.
Terrible service.
The manager didn’t know how to attend to my wife and I, and argued with us over whether we could book another night without having to go through the website since our service wasn’t good. He made it very difficult and uncomfortable for my wife and I to stay without our needs being met. The floors were dirty and the place really does look like a dump. I suppose you are treated to the same degree that the place looks around here. I think I’ll be reporting the manager for rude and disrespectful behavior, as well.
