Took me without a reservation on short notice great staff.
Shower was rigged up with a glove and tape. One of my children found food behind one of the beds and a bugger was in the other bed. Mattress had stains and dirty towels. Poor customer service as well. Told me it would cost 25 dollars a person if I had extra people in the room and took a hundred instead of 50. Pool was nasty outside. The room I was in was not customer ready. Then when I asked if I could get a refund as I was talking to who ever was in charge another person budded in and said no refund.
