Paid for a two bed only got one bed. Dirty sheets Dirty towels wouldn’t let us check in very rude at front desk
Terrible experience. My wife was accused of having “More than One Breakfast” when she was actually getting our kids plates fixed for them. She was accused by the worker and was told that her manager was watching my wife on the cameras and saw her getting extra breakfast…. There was roaches in the room. The Milk was expired by almost two weeks, and my kids drank some before we noticed the expiration date. Room Service walked in my room while I was sleeping. Check-in was absolutely ridiculous. She treated me like a piece of trash but housekeeping is great. Melissa is absolutely the best you can tell that she works hard no matter what and I’ll value that. Thank you, Melissa! But checking in last night ridiculous.
Nice rooms. They don’t stink praise the Lord lol. The pool area is very nice!!
