Excellent customer service! Page was a great help great customer service and pleasant to speak to! The staff is awesome here, Mona specifically showed wonderful hospitality. Thank you!
I still had a few problems but over all some things were better. For instance my husband needed a non rolling chair to get in & out of bed being a double amputee. So I went to the office and the evening crew were very helpful and took one to our room. But on the flip side the tub in the handicap room is too high I had a really hard time getting my legs over the top of the tub. But Thank God there are plenty of bars to hold on to.
My stay was short but the rooms are clean and comfortable
