Customer Service was excellent. Sweet and friendly. I asked the receptionist if I could get a carpet room cause my 8 month old likes to crawl around and she helped us out. Was greatly appreciated. Room smelt good when we walked in. The air conditioner/heater was working when we walked in but then stopped working after awhile. Went to the front desk and called them. They said maintenance would come fix it. Maintenance never came. The next morning the maintenance man showed up and told us he was "too tired" to come look at it.... read more
This is a tired badly-in-need-of-an-upgrade motel in a convenient location near I 20. I’m sure it works well for migrant workers but the price didn’t reflect its worn out condition. I have family nearby that I visit once a year. I stayed in the motel beside this one and it’s not any better. I will seek something different next time.
It was a little over priced for the condition of the room.
