For being cheap . I wont be back Wasnt very clean .manager was nice
I would be asleep right now but the manager decided to call and tell me it was time to check out.... our check out is tomorrow. The handrail has fallen off of one stair case, two other stair cases I have used have loose steps. The bathroom has what looks to be serious water damage, and the hotel "complementary breakfast" is cereal or waffles. This place is incredibly disappointing
We stayed there 1 night and it smelled and the bed was hard and very out of date and the bathtub was stained.It just really sucked and now my allergies are messed up cause of the smell.
I stayed here for 2 nights a few days ago and now have the most itchy bites all over me. I've never encountered bed bugs but did some research and it appears that's that this is. Never again.
Don't make reservations thru 3rd party u will not receive refund & the employees have no heart that's why Shreveport, Bossier City is the way Now.People Will Never Understand how u get Blessings if I called must have needed my money thanks again Only in Lousiania they Rip u off
I enjoyed my night there..... love it will be back soon
