RecommendedThe front desk staff was very helpful. We stayed in a handicapped accessible room that was perfect. Clean and very nice. We were traveling with a twelve year old granddaughter who was able to easily open the sofa bed. Our king bed was very comfortable, so we all got a good night sleep. My only complaint was no cooked eggs for breakfast, just the typical cold hard boiled.
My aunt and I both booked rooms on booking.com. I checked in the night before my aunt did (on Friday), I had no issues with checking in. My aunt calls Friday night to confirm her reservation for Saturday and asked to make sure it was still confirmed, she was told by the manager it was confirmed. Booked a room through Priceline and made a mistake but before I realized it my CC had already been charged. Within 5 minutes of realizing my mistake I called the hotel and ask to cancel the reservation and explained that I made in error through Priceline because their app is not user friendly. Need an earlier breakfast. My friend is a diabetic. She needed something quick to eat. The staff told her not to eat before 7 they told her that they didn't care about her med condition.
Showed up at 4:30 for a 3:00 check in. We were told there were no rooms clean and the reason was the government gave out free money to people years ago so nobody wants to work. This is literally what the front desk person said. We were treated rudely, condescendingly and were mocked for being upset that our scheduled rooms were not available. Do not stay at this trash hotel with trash customer service.

Stay away from this place. The rooms are filthy, and smell terrible. The front desk help is no help at all. And they claim they have 24 hr video surveillance of the property, it's on signs thru out the entire property when in fact they DO NOT! Lies to give you a false sense of security.
