I was at this hotel with FEMA TSA housing. I was grateful to have a bed and bathroom. I am a hurricane Helene survivor. I haveThe staff was polite and respectful. The southern supper, Laura the woman that cooks the food. She cooks like she is in a nursing home. At service, she runs around like a chicken with it's head cut off. People walk in the dining room seeing no one is standing behind the counter. Not good. They gave me the wrong room. And when I showed them the online booking for a king room they insisted it didn’t come through to them that way so that wasn’t their problem. They had a king room available and wouldn’t give it to me even though I showed them the email. It said I had a King room. They wanted me to talk to the company that they used to book it in order to get it fixed, even though that company… Isn’t a hotel and doesn’t have a room.
