BED BUGS...... THE STAFF become hosile and blame you for not knowing they were invested. Refuse to even refund partial payment .. The trash cans had several other beds in them when I reported immediately after realizing I had bites all over me . They said that its not on them , how do they know I didnt bring them... wow!!!! I seeked medical attention and will be informing the health department of the ways this business is running!! Good luck ppl theres other places just as cheap to avoid bug bites and bad manners!
Clean and quiet, room includes simple dinner and breakfast. Would have been 5 stars, but they couldn't send anyone about the leaking refrigerator (puddle on the floor, but fridge seemed to work) because they are short staffed. Otherwise a great place! **Edited to add: A very nice gentleman later came to the room to clean up the water and make sure the fridge was working properly. Thanks!!
It was one of my best hotel experiences, period.
From start to go the entire process and stay was terrible. Made reservation and requested first floor room and was told no because they was for smoking but yet every room had a no smoking sign on the door and non of the first floor rooms was occupied.Get into the room immediately smelled mold and mildew. Vast array of insects crawling on the wall including ticks. Black mold growing on ceiling by window and in the shower. Smoke detector hanging off the wall. Not to mention the fresh spray paint to try and hide the rust holes ... read more
