If I could give 0 stars I would. My family stayed at this hotel for a family reunion for 1 night. We were there for less than 24 hours and in that time frame our key cards stopped working, our phones were stolen and an Apple watch, there were bed bugs in 2 out of the 3 suites we reserved and the bed bugs followed us home. We have had to pay over $400 to replace our phones and are waiting for the extermination bill which will cost us between $800 and $1,000.
