Check in was pleasant and easy, hotel room was clean and stocked. We didn’t get breakfast
Franciscan and Sharonda were awesome, they took care of concerns swiftly. Thank you Ladies. Room 216 has bedbugs. I called to tell them before I did a review. Corporate called and said maintenance and housekeeping didnt see any. Then why are my arms, chest and back bitten up. I noticed this Sunday during/after check out. I thought it was maybe mosquito bites. But once I got home and googled it, it is bedbugs. I am glad I didnt unpack our bags and immediately took them to the laundromat. Roaches and Broken AC. We got here during a roadtrip, the room is 80 degrees with the AC on full blast, the door has no seal so hot air is coming in and blowing the curtains, and as we were packing up to leave 30 minutes after arriving, a roach ran up the wall. Do not recommend.
