Landed in Albuquerque on a day so hot my bag started sweating. Hopped on the free bus and arrived in 30 minutes. I met Heidi at check-in. She fired off jokes like a stand-up comic with amazing hospitality. I immediately felt looked after. I hit a small snag during the stay, but Heidi and the team handled it with amazing kindness. Even late at night I saw some staff popping out for Coke, which weirdly made me feel extra safe. Some of the facilities are vintage. Rooms vary wildly like parallel universes. Personale gentile e accogliente fa quel che può e lotta con noi! Albuquerque in queste zone decisamente non offre di meglio .. se potete cercate altrove.
Close to bus lines and a walk to Downtown
I showed up late and the lobby was closed, then some employee after a bit appeared they said they had no rooms available due to a computer error and to tell my booking provider. I have not been able to get a refund.
