I'm rating this hotel a 4-star only because of its location and outside looks. Although our car was safe overnight, it's intimidating driving up to what it looks like apartments. Had I been able to cancel my reservation, I would have from the vibes of the hotel. I'm glad I didn't cancel. The young man behind the lobby desk was super friendly and professional. Staff was friendly and the hot tub was amazing!
I had a rough experience. They're doing remodeling and they had the entryway to the building all sealed off with tape and plastic. I had to walk to the very end of the building to enter and walk all the way to the center of the building to use the elevator. The contractor failed to adequately vent the building. It had a very strong unbearable odor of flooring adhesive and solvent. I was lucky when I got to my room my sliding door had the wind blowing into it.
