Flowers were beautiful. Delivery was prompt on a busy Mother's day. Very happy with the purchase.
First time ordering from this place and it’ll be the last time. The pictures online vs what you get is VERY misleading. You are better off ordering from Sam’s or even Walmart… very very disappointed. Paid top dollar for a bouquet and did not mind paying the price thinking I was going to get the bouquet I actually ordered. The size difference is huge. And the vase is different too… very disheartening situation…
Flowers were wilted and bone dry . Called the florist they made excuses for the poor condition, refusing to send another identical bouquet, accusing me of being rude for asking for a replacement. Terrible customer service. Will not recommend. These were from my kids from out of state for Mother’s Day. Unbelievable! They said that they were going to refund the card but I’m skeptical that will happen.
