The dealership SERVICE CENTER had to keep our vehicle for a month to replace a part. When we got our vehicle back, it was so dirty and caked with pollen you couldn't see out the windows. I mean we had to drive with the windows down to see. It had been sitting outside for a month. I asked if they could at least wash it for us, they said no. Then the inside of our vehicle smelled so bad of chemicals. And all my dash cam wires that were hidden were all pulled out and just hanging down from the roof.
