Update: finally received some communication once the issue was escalated. Hoping that this will continue until my car is picked up. Dropped my car off on 12/22/25 and have had Zero communication since then unless I’ve called first. Took 2 weeks to get someone on the phone that was able to give me the timeline details. I was FINALLY told on 1/6 that they started working on the vehicle (I understand holidays delaying things) and that it would be ready on 1/14/26. Not the best experience honestly. Customer service not very helpful and they didn't listen to a thing I said. I asked for several things to be fixed and none of it was. All in all I would not recommend this place for service.
Didn’t get warm feeling while there. Walked in, didn’t know I needed appointment, guy came out to look but didn’t bring a tablet or pen and paper to write anything down for quote. Never got an actual quote. Still don’t know how much repair is. I’ll visit another shop somewhere else.
