Didn’t get warm feeling while there. Walked in, didn’t know I needed appointment, guy came out to look but didn’t bring a tablet or pen and paper to write anything down for quote. Never got an actual quote. Still don’t know how much repair is. I’ll visit another shop somewhere else.
Overall, this a good experience with a bad situation. My son hit a deer with his car, a Dodge Charger. So, they work other makes and not just GM products. Day’s Collision was recommended and it was a preferred option for Progressive Insurance. As with most repairs these days, part availability was a small issue, but the staff at Day’s kept informed to help plan accordingly. So far , the work they did looks great and the service was great as well! Again, they made and easy time out of a bad situation.
Zach is a hero! Excellent service with an even quicker turn around time. They are all very informative and make the process so simple. I felt as if I’d received a full education once the process was complete!
Awful. These people have had my car for nearly three weeks. They’ve pushed the “estimated date” four times. Because I am under 25 I cannot purchase a rental. Do you know how difficult it is to get around when you have to have people shuttle you for THREE WEEKS? I have a full time job, and I am in school. Everytime I call to check on it the woman is very rude. The latest estimated date they gave me was today (Friday). Heard nothing all day.
