Absolutely terrible experience at Days Chevrolet. I made a service appointment, showed up on time, and was told they’re “overbooked” because it’s the weekend—so apparently appointments here don’t actually mean anything. To make it worse, the manager wasn’t even available, and the employees on site made little to no effort to help or fix the situation. So apparently appointments here mean absolutely nothing. Instead of honoring what they scheduled, they just shrugged it off and told me to come back on Monday or Tuesday like it’s no big deal.
