I can't say enough good things about this practice. From the moment you walk in, the staff is incredibly warm and welcoming. It's clear they genuinely care about the people who come through their doors. The clinicians are knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly invested in their clients' progress. Been attempting to reach out to dayrise the past few weeks, especially reaching out to my therapist after not having any sort of communication recently to have just today received a letter in the mail dating back to April 13th (sent may 12th) saying I was discharged from their services????? Not once ounce of communication to me directly from their end. Very unprofessional and honestly very disheartening as I really loved the quality of care that was given up until this point.

Scheduled an appointment on zocdoc took off work just for them to call me the time of the appointment, apologize that they forgot to call me, tell me I need to reschedule intake before actually talking to someone (which is fine) had me submit insurance the day before just to tell me time of appointment they don’t take my insurance. Seems very mismanaged and wasted my time.
