Worst place ever. I saw Cassandra in February and told her I was switching job and would be without insurance the month of April. I told her I was hoping to refill all my medication in March to be able to hold me over until my new insurance kicked in in May. She said no problem. Just call us when you need a refill. So I call March 27, and they tell me at reception no problem you should have your meds at walgreen by Tesuday evening 3/31/26. Absolutely unacceptable. This doctor’s office repeatedly failed to communicate test results, leaving me stressed, confused, and ignored. Calls went unanswered, messages were not returned, and no one seemed to take responsibility for giving clear answers. When it comes to healthcare, timely communication is not optional—it’s basic care. Patients should not have to chase down their own results or beg for information that directly affects their health.
