Been going to Patrick for over 10 years. But November 2024 I had my yearly check up. He ordered up and lower scope that never happened because no one followed up with it andthe place that was supposed to schedule it never called. Supposed to have a specialist call me for a nerve issue didn't get that call or did they follow up on it. He hasn't returned emails and phone calls asking him if I should reschedule my recheck on my diet meds or muscle relaxers I have been taking.
I've had my prescriptions not be sent by a certain provider every single time I've had an appointment with her. I have chronic medical conditions and it's hard for me to travel so to have to make double trips is horrible. Time to call. Etc. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place!
Personal Doctor is great, whoever preauthorizes is never available to do their job. Medicine is RARELY preauthorized or taken care of. It's unfortunate
Don't recommend this place to anyone. Don't care if you have no medicine and you have diabetes. Unprofessional dayone.
