I can't believe how terrible this place has gotten, gone here for a lot of years, but I'm done,rude employees,some of the PAs you see are terrible, because that's all you see,I see my primary Dr once a year,if that.. Polly is a joke,and a Donna is absolutely the worse person to have to talk to on the phone,I take my elderly in laws here also, just terrible service,play hell getting their prescriptions called in,so done,and hopefully they will be also

This healthcare provider has gotten way too big. He can never get in to see the person you’re supposed to see. It takes 60 days to see the person who you’re supposed to see. To make a long story short they have way too many patients and don’t spend enough time with the ones that they’ve had for years. I feel like completely a number and a paycheck to them. I don’t find that they have the quality of care that they used to have when I first started going there 20 years ago. They do get work when you can get into see them.

Day one called us after 5+ years of seeing our family and said they were refusing to continue our medical care. My wife and I are vaccinated and so are our 5 adopted kids. We don’t like vaccines and so our bio children are not vaccinated. Therefore day one won’t see any of us, even the vaccinated children

0 stars if possible. This place used to be one of the best in Battle Creek, but now it’s an embarrassment. Every bad review you read is true I’ve had the same nightmare experiences. Mistakes piled on mistakes, always blamed on insurance or someone else instead of owning their incompetence. If you go here, avoid Dawn Applegate and her staff at all costs.
