The nurse practitioners are amazing. The doctor not so much. Rude.
I've been generally satisfied with my care from DayOne, but they seem a bit disorganized at times.
Man, if I could’ve gave this place, no stars I would’ve. My wife and I have been going here for a while and I have been quite frustrated with the place for sometime. I’ve sat on hold several times waiting my call to get connected. Trouble with prescriptions, etc. So many things I have to complain about too much to write down in this review. The worst doctors office and worst front desk manners. Courtney at the front desk always has an attitude, is rude every time you speak to her, and hangs up on you. With the exception of Danielle (who is great) no one ever listens or wants to actually get to the bottom of your issue. Went in for classic bullseye Lyme rash and was told I didn’t need a test just cream (three visits later it was confirmed Lyme). They couldn’t even treat my poison ivy without seeing me twice.
