Even if I hadn't been quoted an outrageous $250 for a spherical contact lens fitting fee, I still wouldn't bring my family to this office based solely on the patronizing attitudes and lack of communication skills by the staff. I spent a number of years as an optician and manager and am proficient in billing and working with insurance companies.
