He was the listing agent for a house in Monroe. People who were selling had the house painted and insisted that it closed quickly. Now I understand why. They wanted to make sure that it was sold before the cigarette smoke weeped through the paint. So besides paying $13k over the asking price I've spent an additional $575 getting the ducts cleaned, and another couple thousand on having a painter repaint the entire inside of the house including the ceilings with Kilz original to seal the smoke odor, and then another couple tho... read more
