During my postpartum visit, Dr. Cox showed no concern for my difficulties and failed to provide useful information. I'll give several concrete examples. Dr Cox was reluctant to diagnose scar tissue, describing it as "this could be scar tissue". I can not tell if she was unable to determine the nature of the tissue or if she was refusing information.
