I’m a pretty frequent customer at Dayna Spa, and I genuinely love this place. The nail techs are amazing—super talented, friendly, and always make me feel comfortable and welcome. That’s honestly the main reason I keep coming back. However, I’ve noticed a recurring issue with the temperature inside the shop. In the summer, there doesn’t seem to be any AC, and in the winter there’s no heat. I’m leaving this review based on what I personally witnessed when my friend went to Dayna Beauty Spa for facial waxing. After the service, my friend’s face was badly burned and irritated. She does have acne, but that makes it even more concerning—this is something a professional should recognize and adjust for, not ignore.
