My wife sat there for 3+ hours waiting to get help for her mental problems and was never spoke to until they told her to leave because they weren't going to see her and said she can come back tomorrow. Do not recommend these people at all very rude.
Advertised that they do walk in services daily. Wr arrived around lunchtime and by 445 still not seen and they close at 5 apparently. I would think in a mental health crisis saying your able to provide support in a work day as easily as walking in the office with a ID and medical insurance info, and filling out their paperwork would be all they need to provide the resources advertised everywhere. terrible people at a terrible place, you WILL be treated as a drug addict. after coming here for mental health reasons and previous disordered eating. the “psychologist” takes me OFF my antidepressants he also asks me “how is it possible you gained this much in a month”. he proceeds to pull out a calculator and do the math, then again he asks why i gained so much. this is all via zoom by the way even though i was there in person. i genuinely have never had an experience like this. and how this place stays open will always be... read more
Remember, this place is for low-income and uninsured.....and they will treat you as such. You will be forgotten in the lobby for HOURS (until they go to lunch and realize you're still there waiting). You will be called a drug addict, not having any history of even taking prescribed (mental) drugs. You will be interviewed by someone following a script and if you happen to be more aware of what you need help with than a typical person, you will be treated poorly (as with a lot of medical situations).
