I attempted to check my self in for services and was completely honest with all info. They send me out for testing and when I return they state can not admit me due to my sugar being high. Now I informed the nurse I hadn’t been taken my meds for my diabetes for 2-3months and that I was hungry and ate what I had in my car due to a 2hrs drive to the facility. If you want to be told "you just need to get over it" when dealing with child's death plus several other family deaths. Also told you are doing great when you can't sleep. By this psychiatrist And told by therapist when you describe being unable to perform task." Well you just need to do it because no one is going to do it for you "This is your place.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Daymark Recovery Services in Concord. Mental health and recovery services are supposed to provide support, professionalism, and compassion to people who are often already struggling, but my experience was the complete opposite. The lack of communication and unprofessional behavior made an already stressful situation significantly worse.
