This is the absolute worst place I’ve ever had to come to and deal with. I wish never being assigned to this place. The worker did not do the job and refused to do what was needed deliberately . Lazy worker does not care at all for client well being. Non chalant attitudes and full of lies too . I guess certain ones get special treatment. I wouldn’t put my dog in treatment in here. They need to be shut down!
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of care and attention that has been yet to be received from your facilty. After visiting the facility in Erwin, NC at least three different times and waiting countless hours just to "talk" to someone, my person of interest has yet to be contacted to be given an appointment with a physician. I attempted to check my self in for services and was completely honest with all info. They send me out for testing and when I return they state can not admit me due to my sugar being high. Now I informed the nurse I hadn’t been taken my meds for my diabetes for 2-3months and that I was hungry and ate what I had in my car due to a 2hrs drive to the facility.
