Absolutely the biggest disappointment in getting substance abuse help or treatment. It took me weeks to convince a friend who needed help to go to this place. They let him down in every way possible. For an organization to have experience in treatment of substance abuse, it provides a direct opposite of what it portrays to be. There needs to be some better management at this place.
