Don’t even think twice to book Allison. Her office is so warm and makes you feel at home. I felt so seen by her and she was able to help me in my worst most anxious moments. She is highly accessible, extremely personable, and someone I can share my most vulnerable thoughts with. She has helped me develop new pathways for my anxiety to come and go in a healthy way. Highly recommended!!!!
