The 4th of July ended with a bang when a storm blew in taking out our front window , loosening a windowsill and damaging the front siding. Our project manager, Ralph, was awesome! He explained his plan of repairing each item, worked with the insurance company and was in constant communication with us. His team was excellent. This is the first roof we have purchased and I cannot say enough words to praise Gavin and his crew. They were fast, efficient, and incredibly hard workers. We had our twenty year old roof replaced, and our small gutters and downspouts replaced with a larger size with leaf protection. We are very pleased with the results, The project was delayed for a few days due to 100-degree plus temperatures, but our project manager, Kourtney Kauffmann, was in close contact during that time. She was always pleasant, outgoing and efficient. And she went above and beyond by physically moving shingles bundles when we suddenly needed to get our car out. Highly recommended.
