We were looking for a lawyer to help us with a trust for our 86 yo dad. Had a consultation with attorney Lucas Frei. Unfortunately, because he has dementia, doing a trust is not an option for them. The great thing was that Mr. Frei explained what we can legally do for him to make things easier for us when our dad passes. As our dad’s estate is simple and we do have a POA for our dad, there are a few simple things to get established to make the process easier! Thanks again for your help Lucas!
